Sports Owner's

From reading the Phoenix Suns article, I think an owner of a team is allowed to conduct their teams however they choose because they know everything that's going on with the solution, and they also can get details like what they were saying at that moment. Like the conversations that were going on. The professional sports leagues force owners to sell their franchises for conduct wouldn't help, they don't get all the information that the owner of the team would. An owner of a team would know if something is going on before it even happens unlike the league owners.
