The Best Rank Values:

The rank values in terms of what I feel most Important least is conflict, impact, proximity, timlineness, currency, prominence and bizarreness. I chose conflict as the first one because it has to be newsworthy, like something that someone wants to click on and read. Conflict is a serious disagreement or argument. It is newsworthy because a serious disagreement would catch interest. I chose bizarreness last because you don't really need an expression like that for someone to go to an article and read it, you can use it to pull someone in, but I think it would just confuse someone.
